Well Done !

We transformed our nature table into a festive mixture of Christmas story books.

Activities and Workshops over the last term

We had visit from the community guards  Anthony & Deirdre. They talked about the rules of the road and how to stay safe on the roads when cycling or walking. They gave all the children a high viz jacket each so they can be seen on the dark mornings and evening cycling or walking from school.

We also had Des Kelly who is a experienced first responder with the ambulance service and he gave a  demonstration to the older children on how to act in an emergency and how to take care of cuts n bruises. The children got to practice some CPR and role-play emergency situations.

We also had our Christmas trips which were great fun this year. The juniors and seniors went to the Pavilion Theatre in Dunlaoghaire on Friday 22nd December to see a double feature of short films " The Snowman" and Stickman"

The older children from 1st to 6th went to the Bowling alley on the 18th December to play Laser Tag and then they got to play free arcade games for mins followed by Pizza.

Wishing all our families a very Happy new year .
