Frog Spawn in Pre School!
We were very lucky in Pre School, as Olive brought us in some frog spawn! This caused great excitement with the children and the staff :)
We then focused on the life cycle of the frog so we could understand the different stages that the frog spawn would go through. They were fascinated (and a bit shocked) when the tadpoles started to emerge and move around!
Unfortunately we had to close very suddenly in March and we didn't get to see the tadpoles full life cycle but we will do this activity next year.
The tadpoles were, very safely moved down to the river to continue with their life cycle :)
