GP Montessori Activities in the afternoon Pre-School

💕MONTESSORI ACTIVITIES IN THE

AFTERNOON GROUP IN GP💕

Tara and Karen's Group

The Montessori method encourages self-directed
learning through exploration
and play.
We help children learn through a variety of specially developed materials.

These materials may look like fun toys, but they are designed to help your child learn and master difficult concepts.

Above you can see how WILLIAM loves to explore.
The LOCKS and BOLTS activity is an excellent way for WILLIAM to develop his curiosity.

JANICE loves to do jigsaws which help to develop problem solving skill.  Picking up moving, and twisting the pieces of a puzzle helps Janice to develop finger strength and hand to eye cordination.

Here TYLER has chosen to use the Montessori Broad Stairs,  as you can see by TYLER'S expression, he enjoys working with this Montessori material. Broad Stairs is an introduction to maths and develops the concept of width.

Below you can see the concentration on DYLAN'S  face as he tries to figure out the keys.

Here you can see how TYLER is in
grossed in the Screws and Bolts material, see how his concentration and problem solving skills are been developed.

ANTHONY enjoys working with the cylinders which teach the children the concepts of size and shapes.

Below MASON is developing his concepts of shapes and his curiosity as tries to find out where the shapes fit.

Across you can see WESLEY has already mastered the Screws and Bolts activity.

As seen here TIFFANY  too loves the jigsaw and is also developing her problem solving skills and too enhance her learning we will introduce a jigsaw with more pieces.
